We visited Death Valley in late March, hoping we'd catch some wildflowers in bloom. We were in luck! There were lots of flowers out, plus the normal assortment of cool rocks and generally strange stuff. We went with Liz's parents (Bill and Janet), who were kind enough to drive their 4x4 so that we could explore some places a little further from the main roads.
